National Partner

For more than 15 years, Save Cambodia’s Wildlife (SCW) has been successfully carrying out third-party-funded projects in the sectors of environmental protection, biodiversity, agriculture, food security and climate change. Due to long-term partnerships with international and local organizations, SCW developed great knowledge and deep understanding not only in these sectors, but also in the fields of organizational development and reporting.

SCW has established and maintains a very good and constructive relationship with provincial and national authorities and ministries. Moreover, SCW is active in various networks to maximize synergies. SCW is one of few national NGOs, which have received the GPP certificate (Governance & Professional Practice) for good organizational governance.

By actively participating at national workshops to develop for example the Environmental Code or Biodiversity Corridor, SCW plays its’ role as representative and advocate of indigenous people and minority groups.

Additionally, SCW’s pursues a long-term recruitment strategy. The staff expertise in the development sector, the project regions and global context as well as their commitment are the key success pillars of SCW.
